報(bào)告人簡介：

　　成志強(qiáng)現(xiàn)任美國夏威夷大學(xué)副教授（終身教授），博士畢業(yè)于美國俄亥俄州立大學(xué)，獲得環(huán)境科學(xué)博士學(xué)位。主要從事草坪和城市景觀植物病蟲害防治研究, 以及城市土壤生態(tài)學(xué)的科研、教學(xué)和技術(shù)推廣等，在城市土壤生態(tài)學(xué)等領(lǐng)域有20年的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)。團(tuán)隊(duì)主要科研項(xiàng)目包括：Biological and chemical control of coconut rhinocerosbeetle; Control of lobate lac scale on banyans and hibiscus; Control of stemand leaf gall wasps on Chinese banyan; Biological and chemical control of orientalflower beetle; Control of frit fly on golf courses; Suppressing Bermudagrassfrom seashore paspalum turf; Turfgrass weed control with new plant growthregulator; Control of hala scale; Foliar nematode control on ornamental plants; and Non-chemical turf renovation and its impacts on soil food webs。曾擔(dān)任Applied Soil Ecology, Journal of Economic Entomology, Microbiological Research, Pest Management Science, European Journal of Soil Biology, Journal of Nematology, Catena, Nematropica, Urban Forestry & Urban Greening, Journal of the American Society for Horticultural Science, Journal of Forestry, Forest Science, Northern Journal of Applied Forestry, Journal of Soils and Sediments, Journal of Environmental Quality, Journal of Environmental Engineering, Ecological Engineering等SCI學(xué)術(shù)期刊的審稿人。 

報(bào)告摘要：

　　美國夏威夷州每年平均有20多種外來昆蟲入侵當(dāng)?shù)氐膷u嶼環(huán)境。其中一些害蟲對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)刂匾某鞘芯坝^植物有很大的負(fù)面影響，這其中包括近幾年入侵夏威夷的coconut rhinoceros beetle，lobate lac scale，和Ficus stem and leaf gall wasps。這次報(bào)告主要討論成志強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室近幾年對(duì)這幾種入侵害蟲的防控研究進(jìn)展，防控主要包括生物防治和化學(xué)防治。報(bào)告最后將簡單介紹成志強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的主要研究項(xiàng)目，以及夏威夷大學(xué)植物與環(huán)境保護(hù)學(xué)系3+2本科+碩士連讀計(jì)劃。
